Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 - 2 business days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24 1 - 3 business days after dispatch
Tracked 24 shipments are insured for loss or damage up to £150 only.
For higher-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout, which provides enhanced compensation coverage and greater security.
By selecting Tracked 24 shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts the £150 compensation limit associated with this service.
Please note - We do not ship items on weekends. Items purchased after 3pm on Friday will aim to be posted on the next workday day.
