🔁 Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
✅ Eligible returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
- The issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery
- The item is returned in the exact condition it was received
All items are thoroughly checked, photographed, and quality-controlled before dispatch.
Condition terms such as “like new”, “immaculate”, or similar are used as general guidance. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product images carefully before purchase.
All items are sold based on the exact condition shown in the product photos, which form part of the item description.
❌ Non-eligible returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Sizing or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wear after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery
- Sale items
Please ensure you carefully check measurements, sizing, and product descriptions before purchasing.
Specially Sourced & Made-to-Order Items
Some items are sourced specifically on request after an order or deposit is placed. These items are not held as regular stock.
Due to the nature of sourcing, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, condition expectations, or fit, provided the item matches the description and images shown on the product listing at the time of purchase.
Any deposits paid toward specially sourced items are non-refundable.
📦 Return condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, odour, damage, or alteration
Any item returned in a condition different from how it was sent will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
🚚 Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
🔍 Inspection & refunds
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be sent back and no refund will be issued
⚠️ Important notes
- Items returned late (after 7 days) will not be accepted
- Any attempt to return a worn or altered item may be reported to the payment provider
- This policy complies with UK consumer law for second-hand and specialist items
- If you wish to cancel an item before delivery you will have to pay a restocking fee - relative to cost of item
